Features: The externally pressurized expansion joint is suitable for long pipelines where fewer expansion joints are preferred and the number of fixed anchors is limited. | Available with swivel flanges or welding ends. | Absorbs expansion caused by temperature differences. | Because the medium pressure acts on the outside of the bellows, pressure balancing prevents bellows instability and buckling. | The bellows is isolated from the external environment, reducing the risk of damage. | Allows the use of long bellows for large axial movements. | Externally pressurized expansion joints are used in applications requiring high levels of safety, environmental protection, durability and service life. | They are also suitable for hazardous media where additional operational safety is required. | Standard axial movements are 30, 60, 90 and 120 mm; special designs are available for other movement values. | Standard production is PN 16; special designs are available for higher pressure classes. | Suitable for underground pipelines. | The bellows is stainless steel and the connection components are carbon steel.
