Features: The FAF axial metal-bellows expansion joint is designed to absorb pipeline elongation and contraction caused by thermal expansion. | Standard movement capacities are 30 mm and 60 mm; special designs are available for greater movement. | An optional internal liner prevents bellows deformation at high flow velocities. | For pumps, compressors and other mechanical equipment, metal expansion joints with factory-set precompression and limit rods help ensure stable system operation. | The pipeline must be properly guided and anchored. | Swivel flanges simplify installation. | The bellows and liner are stainless steel; connection components are carbon steel. | Intended for pipelines without lateral or angular movement. | Gazmer approved. Double-ply bellows are mandatory for gas service. | Available with swivel flanges (FAF5110), welding ends (FAF5120) or fixed flanges (FAF5130). | Standard production is PN 16; special designs are available for higher pressure classes. | Depending on the medium, the bellows can be manufactured with one or more plies.
