Features: When flow starts in the designated direction, the disc pivots about its hinge axis and opens the flow passage; reverse flow forces the disc closed. | The disc is mounted inside the body on the flow axis. | Metal-to-metal seating provides sealing; a rubber-coated disc is available as an option. | All external surfaces are primed and painted for corrosion protection. | The counterweight provides controlled and adjustable closing characteristics. | Can be installed in vertical upward-flow lines or horizontally with the hinge axis in the correct position. | Designed for easy maintenance access; after removing only a few bolts, the complete cover, hinge and disc assembly can be removed from the body. | Zero external leakage prevents loss of the medium and supports compliance with environmental requirements. | The valve must be installed in the flow direction indicated on the body.
