HYD-R: Rectangular fire damper. HYD-C: Circular fire damper. HYD-R and HYD-C fire dampers prevent fire from spreading to other compartments through ventilation ducts. The damper consists of a casing and blade manufactured from galvanized steel sheet complying with TS EN 10346, together with a thermal fuse that releases at 72 °C. The bearing bush that supports blade rotation is brass, while the shaft rotating inside it is zinc-coated steel. This material combination extends service life and reduces deformation. High-temperature-resistant red silicone is applied at casing joints to improve tightness. In addition to the standard thermal-fuse version, 24 V or 230 V servo actuators are available. The actuator can be selected with a thermal release element and connected to the building automation system for remote control. • The casing and blade are manufactured from 1.2 mm galvanized steel sheet. Fire-resistant rock wool with a density of 70 kg/m³ and a thickness of 25 mm is installed between the blade skins.
