A DIN 306 tee nut grips the timber with its pronged or socketed body. As the screw is tightened, the nut is drawn into the wood and seats firmly against the surface. Its flat outer face helps distribute the connection evenly. ## Installation 1. Clean the mounting surface and sand it lightly if required. 2. Prepare a hole of the correct diameter. 3. Insert the nut with the prongs facing the wood. 4. Pass the screw or bolt from the opposite side and tighten it carefully with a screwdriver or drill. 5.
